• If you want to cancel your reservation it must be done 24 hours prior to arrival date.


• Parking Reservation cancelled in the 24 hour time period before arrival, you will be charged full amount.


• REFUND POLICY - 100% refund ONLY for cancellations made 24 hours or more from day of arrival.


• Changes can be made at any time prior to 24 hours to arrival


• No Show Fees: A confirmed reservation that does not show, or does not cancel the trip at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival day is considered to be a "No Show". No show reservations are charged the full rate of the reservation.
